Trading Cigars–A good deal?

Question by Chris_Knows: Trading Cigars--A good deal?
I'm thinking about selling something to a friend worth about 0.

He's offering me 15 Montecristo cigars. I'm probably going to sell most of them, so how difficult would it be to sell the cigars for about a piece?
Also, what should I look for to make sure that they are still good (as in that they still have the taste or whatever--sorry, I'm not a cigar expert).

  1. First you would need to know if the cigars were stored in a proper environment with proper humidification so that they are not all dried out. Cigars should be stored between 60-70% RH.

You also need to know if the cigars are Cuban or Dominican. Cuban cigars are worth more but they are counterfeit 90% of the time so find out where he got them from. If they are Dominican they are not worth 10.00 per piece. Also Monte makes a huge line of Cuban cigars and some are worth more than others. I won’t get in to that here though. If you need further help just let me know and I will be happy to help. The source of this post ca take care of you.
