Question by Harezichi: thompson cigars?
does anybody like thompson cigars? I just got some in the mail the other day. It was pretty much a house brand sampler and it was ok but I've had much better. JR Ultimate maduro to be precise.
What is your experience with thompson cigars?

Well, here is the consences at our house....
Our good friend Shu says that he has the same experience as yourself.
"That they are too domestic..and that they are basically on the cheap side...
GarcaVegas are on the same level but they have a better tasting tobacco...
It's all personal choice."

The top cutter types I personally recommend are the punch and the double v cutter. I recommend that you stay away from single cutters whether they are regular or v cut because they tend not to cut quite as clean as a double cutter. I also recommend Xikar cutters. They are a bit pricey but the are built very well and come with a lifetime warranty.
